Bonnie treats chronic and acute pain with osteopathic techniques including soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, cranial and visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage and massage.

Bonnie’s Philosophy
Bonnie’s Philosophy
Bonnie believes the body should be treated as a connected whole. Pain, tension and restriction in one area often relate to how the rest of the body moves, compensates and protects itself.
Her goal is to provide thoughtful, gentle, hands-on care through a detailed history, assessment and treatment plan. Each appointment focuses on helping the body relieve pain, relax, rebalance, restore and move with better comfort.
When needed, Bonnie will recommend another health professional as part of the client’s care plan.
Bonnie also values a healthy, active lifestyle. Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, pilates, cycling, hiking, paddle boarding, live music, art and time with family and friends.
